Identify this man who was connected to a famous incident in the history of Indian Business, which completed its 16th anniversary around end-July.
Answer: He is Sukh Ram, former Union Minister of State for Communications who received India's first cellular call from Jyoti Basu on 30th(or 31st, according to some sources) July, 1995.
