Ok this is pretty random so lets get right to it: Connect I think is Mola Ram played by Amrish Puri in Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones is a Doctor. A main plot theme of the movie is Mola Ram trying to assemble the Sankara Stones to bring back in reign of Kali. The climax shows Jones trying to counter the power of the Stones by calling on Shiva. And I guess the burger is sacrilegous being made of beef while Ram also wore a cow skull. How is this all related to India: well Indiana Jones has the word India in it! =p
