The guy is Abraham Zapruder, who actually shot on video the assassination of JFK with his camera on the right.The film used itself is now referred to as Zapruder film.He is seen testifying for the same.

The guy on the right on pic #1 is Abraham Zapruder, who actually shot (pun unintended :-)) the assassination of JFK with his Bell & Howell Camera.
(Talk about being in the right place at the right time with the right equipment!!)
