As correctly answered by Abhimanyu and Nakul, the connect is the Theosophical Society. Madame Blavatsky was the founder and Annie Besant her successor ( last 2 pics ). Rukmini Devi Arundale ( Pic 1), the renowned Bharatnatyam dancer made quite a row by marrying Dr. George Arundale, who was a fellow theosophist and close associate of Besant.
Jiddu Krishnamurti(pic 2) was hailed by the Theosophists as the "next big thing ". Unfortunately, he saw through them and left 'The Order of the Star'- the organization formed by the theosophists to develop a "World Leader ".

Jiddu Krishnamurthy was probably a member of the society for sometime.
No clue about pic 1.
Pic 1 is THE Rukmini devi arundale, who deeply influenced by the movement married dr.george arundale, a close associate of Annie besant
Jiddu infamously turned down the presidentship of the society , when offered by besant.
