For 3, the mallu name for cashew is Parangi-manga. Parangi is from "firangi" and manga is "mango", but I strongly suspect that unlike firangi, "parangi" is not a generic term and refers only to the Portuguese. - Wednesday, January 23, 2008 10:04:00 PM
