Incredible !ndia

1. Name the sculptor. He is perhaps the only of his kind in India. Certainly the only well known one. He is unique in the sense that all his sculptures are made from a certain material.

2. Close enough. "Harry Potter Kolkataye" :) was about the exploits of Harry Potter in Kolkata not exactly a translation.
[If Uttam Singh had continued perhaps he would have penned a Harry Potter and the Deathly "Ki-Holos?" too]
