Mayo college (from 'Mhaigh Eo' county in Ireland), although I don't think its the entire portion marked.

Ireland- Connacht. Meaning "the descendants of Conn" (wisdom or chief). The name was derived from the Connachta dynasty, who claimed descent from the mythical king Conn of the Hundred Battles.
