Long lost brothers?

Who might these two gentlemen be?
One famously quoted saying something to show support with the other.
Just give me the names of these two, the quote and the incident that was led to the quote being said.

Answer: Harold Holt and Lyndon Johnson. He is famously quoted as saying, "All the way with LBJ", to express his country's support in the Vietnam War.

Manisubramanium Iyenger Thyagaraja gave the entire funda, except the quote. Good job!

Harold Holt and Lyndon Johnson. Can't recall the complete quote, but it was to express Holt's support to Johnson w.r.t. the US and Aus 'presence' in Vietnam.
