Simple for those who have seen these images. But even others can work out the answer ( specially from the middle pic )

Answer:
Pandora Aunty ka dabba , Hari K get it right.
These are reworkings/interpretations of the Mahabharata. The Great Indian Novel by Shashi Tharoor, The Mahabharata : A Modern Rendering by Ramesh Menon ( and possibly the spiciest one ) and Irawati Karve's Yuganta.

I guess the connect is modern interpretaion of mahabharatha .
First pic is great indian novel by shashi tharoor that draws parallel between indian independence struggle and mahabharatha .
