Easy one. ( Hopefully . Wish to see more responses )

Answer :

Pic 1 is an early photo of Wall Street. Traders on Wall Street regularly met under a  Buttonwood Tree, which gave its name to the Buttonwood Agreement that led to the formation of the NYSE.

Pic 2 is the Buttonwood tree, also known as the American Sycamore.

Pic 3 is Gururaj Deshpande , of Sycamore Networks.

raklodramA, anonymous and Raveesh Mayya cracked the question in parts, but no one got the complete thing.
