Tata Crucible Campus Edition 2009 - Delhi Round

The Delhi round of Tata crucible saw nearly 275 teams turn up.

The prelims were a bit more on current affairs and random trivia, rather than standard business questions.  IMT Ghaziabad won the Delhi Round with considerable ease.

Giri was hitting some really legendary jokes. Sample this : 2 teams on the wildcard press the buzzer, before the one who's light is shining answers, the other team blurts out the answer . Giri looks at the other team, who answer the same and get points. When the guy from the team that shouted the answer exclaims that they pressed the buzzer , Giri quips " Many people send Valentine cards, only one gets married. " Again , when IMT Ghaziabad is on  a rampage, Giri exclaims " They are going like Virender Sehwag.[typical South Indian accent] Tu Daalega, Main Maarega. "

Hey nice review. I think IMT rocked. Somehow felt the quiz was easier this year. I must admit I kind of liked Giri's presence of mind more than humour and his one liners on recession were good.

Taj was any day better than that Army School where you loose a few kilos simply sweating.

The Delhi round was pretty amazing. Apart from the winning team from IMT, the teams from IIFT and Department of Management Studies, IIT D were pretty good. Great day of quizzing overall. Giri rocked with his wisecracks and one-liners!!
