After White Castle...

Connect the two visuals and the piece of text.

Someone who befriends a person liable to commit a crime and leads him towards doing so, hence leading to an arrest.

No one got the complete connect though Jaideep almost got it right.

Source: New Statesman and the Reprieve website.
Answer:
The arse is wearing the "Fair Trial, My Arse" pants. The other visual is the logo of Reprieve and the text means - Agent Provocateur [said in any accent you choose - even a 764 bus conductor's would do].
The "Fair Trial, My Arse" pants were launched by Agent Provocateur to protest against the US Military claiming that UK based Human Rights Group - Reprieve smuggled underpants into Guantanamo Bay.

Agent Provocateur is what the text refers to.

You're almost there.

White castle was only a clue to lead you towards Guantanamo Bay.
